How do I share the VBS videos on a public platform?
You can purchase our streaming license here: orangevbs.com/shop – This license allows you to stream your VBS even from church-branded platforms. It includes any video content found in your Make Waves VBS downloads. If you already have an Enhanced License for our regular Orange curriculum, VBS is included in that license. Â
I need tech support!
We’re here to provide you with comprehensive support. You can access a variety of helpful resources in the form of videos and PDF documents by visiting our tech support page at start.orangekidmin.com/tech-support/
These resources cover various topics, including saving and sharing files, working with HTML files, using MailChimp, managing digital access codes, editing PDF documents, and staying updated with browser updates. Whatever your tech-related needs may be, you’ll find valuable information and guidance to assist you in navigating these areas effectively.
Where can I access the free summer curriculum?
Your free June and July curriculum will be available in late spring within your VBS curriculum downloads.
Missing a file or seeing a mistake on your USB?
Go to orangevbs.com/downloads and log in using your Orange credentials. Use the download code provided on the card in your box. You can access and download all the material there! Here is a quick tutorial to walk you through the process: https://vimeo.com/469298504. If you cannot find your code or have trouble with your login, please email partnersupport@thinkorange.com with your receipt, and they will be happy to help!Â
Are there printed materials?
Unfortunately, no. Orange VBS is a flexible and adaptable, all-digital VBS! We aim to provide a fun, biblically based curriculum that can be used by ANY ministry in ANY community. Having the product be completely digital allows us to do so! We recommend sharing the specific pieces your volunteers need by email, cloud-based server, or short-run local printing.Â
Can I burn these video files to a DVD?
Yes, there is a way to burn our video files to blank DVDs and play them on a DVD player. This process, however, does require special DVD-burning software that you may need to purchase if you don’t already have access. There may be some free software out there as well depending on if you’re operating from a Mac or a PC. If that’s the route you need to go, then here is a helpful guide to doing so:
