What is your ministry background?
I’ve been involved local church ministry for over 20 years, in Children’s Ministry for over 16 of those years, and a Kids Pastor for over 12 years at small, medium, and large churches. Most recently, I was the Global Kids Pastor at a large, multisite church in Virginia, where I oversaw all things Kids Ministry at 6 campuses. I also obtained a Masters Degree in Discipleship and Family Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Now, I continue to be involved in local church Kids Ministry, as well as help other Family Ministry leaders as an Orange Specialist.
What is your favorite part of being an Orange Specialist?
I am most excited about getting to help ministry leaders figure out how to implement the Orange strategy in their specific contexts.
