If you’ve forgotten your password, click the sign in button at the top left hand of the screen. A login page will pop up, with an option that says “forgot password”. You’ll be directed from there!

Salvation Army partners will receive all of the new 252 Preteen content, including the scripts, the video (also known as 252 Movie), the Small Group material and Home material (Parent Cues and God Time Cards).

Adding/Managing Users-
You can manage the users on your account using the info below.
1. Log into your account at store.thinkorange.com.
2. Select “My Account” from the top of the page.
3. Click on “Churches & Team Management”.
4. Click on “Manage Team”.
5. Select the curriculum you would like to add a team member to.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and use the “Add New Team Member” option to add the
new user.
7. Once you’ve added that team member, they will receive an email invite that includes their
login details.
8. You can update a user to an administrator or remove them using the options to the right of
each team member’s name.

Moving Locations for Orange curriculum*
You can move locations, whether you’re at a corps or HQ using the info below.

1. Log into your account at store.thinkorange.com.
2. Select “My Account” from the top of the page.
3. Click on “Churches & Team Management”.
4. Click on the red “Leave” button
5. Start typing in the new location in “Join/Create a Church” **
6. When your corps/location pops up, click on it to add yourself.

Once you’ve added yourself, you will need to make sure the admin of the account grants you access to the the appropriate curriculum.***

* This is only for the Orange curriculum, to move locations in Live a Better Story please contact your Orange Specialist.
** Please do not create a new church, if you need assistance finding your new location please contact your Orange Specialist.
*** If there is no current administrator at the location, please contact your Orange Specialist.

Changing your email for the Orange curriculum-
You can change your email using the info below.

1. Log into your account at store.thinkorange.com.
2. Select “My Account” from the top of the page.
3. On the general tab, update your email address in the Email field
4. Click on Save Changes

Changing your email for the Live a Better Story curriculum-
You can change your email using the info below.

1. Log into your account at Liveabetterstory.com.
2. Click on the silhouette (your profile picture if you updated it) on the top right of the page.
3. Update your email address in the Email Address field within the Contact Information section
4. Click on Update
