This is a 18-month cohort experience. We’ll spend 9-months in an intensive strategy and training phase, followed by 9-months to help you evaluate your current context and apply new models to your ministry.

Our content will be guided by the 5 timeless values of Orange.

• align leaders around a common strategy & values.  
• refine the message to create engaging, relevant & memorable experiences.
• engage every parent to be the parent they want to be.
• elevate community so relationships are a priority.
• influence service as an integral part of faith formation.

Our next round of Youth Ministry Foundations Cohorts will begin in August 2026 and will end in January 2027. There will be one month of pre-work in July 2026.

We are looking for youth pastors who are new to ministry or feel stuck in your current model of ministry—leaders who are looking for a way to back out of the day to day grind and lead intentionally with an end in mind. Our aim is to find a diverse range of churches that vary in their context, theology, ethnicity, demographics, and size, but who stack hands on this statement of faith & the mission to help teenagers have a better faith & future. Each application will be thoughtfully considered, and we’ll let you know when you’ve been accepted into the program. (Due to the nature of cohorts being limited capacity, not every application will be accepted, but we’ll let you know as soon as possible!)

Currently, we only offer Orange cohorts for youth ministry (6-12th grade). We would love to offer them for kids ministry as well! Let us know if you’d be interested in joining a kid-min-specific cohort here!
