A Message from the CEO of the Amazing Life Foundation

In recent days, information has surfaced online regarding Orange, the reThink Group, and its founder, Reggie Joiner. These reports are deeply troubling, and we want to take a moment to speak directly and transparently about what is being shared.

When I accepted the role of CEO at Amazing Life Foundation, I did so with a deep conviction that our mission—to equip families and churches with Jesus-centered, world-class tools to help kids and students grow in their faith—has never been more important. That calling remains at the heart of everything we do.

Earlier this year, Amazing Life acquired many of the Orange Assets from the reThink Group, including the curriculum and Orange Conference. Our decision was driven by a desire to strengthen our mission by incorporating a trusted discipleship tool, ensuring it is rooted in Scripture and aligned with our values. At the time of acquisition, we were aware of initial public reports. However, we were not fully aware of the depth and breadth of the stories and experiences that have since come to light.

We recognize this news has caused real pain and confusion for leaders who have long trusted Orange under the leadership of the reThink Group. At Amazing Life, we stand firmly with victims of abuse and condemn any form of misconduct or harmful leadership. Our hearts are with those who are hurting, and we are committed to fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and unity as we move forward.

Since the acquisition, Amazing Life has taken active steps to strengthen accountability, safety, and transparency across our organization. One of these decisions included bringing on a seasoned Chief People and Culture Officer to lead our Human Resources department. These efforts also include implementing stronger policies and protections, and making structural changes to reinforce a culture rooted in integrity, care, and clarity.

We also want to be clear: Amazing Life had no previous, and has no ongoing, relationship with the reThink Group. No funds from the acquisition went to Reggie Joiner or any former board members. Furthermore, no former board members or executive leaders from the reThink Group have any leadership roles or operational involvement with Amazing Life.

We know trust must be earned, and we are committed to earning it each day—with integrity, humility, and action. Our mission remains the same: to support churches and families in discipling the next generation.
