You’re coming to Orange Conference!

Here is everything you need to prepare for the experience.

Before You Arrive

Mark Your Calendars
You’re likely aware of the dates by now, but, since this is a first for us, we are being extra diligent to ensure everyone knows we’re starting on a Tuesday this year! Orange Conference is giving you a new midweek experience to help you get back in time to prep for Sunday. So mark your calendars for Tuesday, April 23rd, through Thursday, April 25th.

Study the Agenda
The full conference schedule can be found here and in the Orange Experiences app. Don’t forget that you can even filter by the sessions you’re registered for for a more customized glance at your week. 

Use Your Workshop Toolbox
We have created several resources to help you and your team plan the BEST workshop Wednesday.

• Pre-Workshop Surveys – Once you save your seats, submit any questions you have for your speaker using the pre-workshop survey attached to each session in the OC app.

Familiarize Yourself with the Arena Policies
As you prepare to join us, it will be vital for you to familiarize yourself with Gas South Arena’s event security and safety policies. New and most importantly, this year, they are enforcing the following:

• Allowed – CLEAR BAGS ONLY (12” x12” x 6”), small clutches, diaper bags, refillable water bottles, and medically necessary items.
• Not Allowed – No backpacks, briefcases, purses, or drawstrings larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″ will be permitted. 
• The safest and fastest way to enter the venue is not to bring a bag at all.
• For our event only, the arena has approved electronic devices larger than a cell phone (like laptops), but they must be able to fit into your clear bag.

Upon Arrival

How To Check-in:

• Orange Conference will be hosted at the Gas South District Arena and Convention Center located at 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth, Georgia 3009.
• Parking is FREE for all attendees. 
• Check-in kiosks on Tuesday, April 22, will be located inside the Convention Center in Magnolia A/B/C from 12:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. There will be plenty of signage to guide you.
• Use the iPads provided to scan your unique QR code (provided at the bottom of this email or found in the OC app). You can also type in your first and last name to find your registration. 
• Once found, double-check that your information is correct, and print your badge. 
• A volunteer will hand you your lanyard and attendee guide, and you’re all set!
• NEW! Closed captioning and language translations will now be available for all main sessions and select workshops. Look for an onscreen QR code in the Arena and workshop rooms for instructions on how to access.
